2. Do you have a physical store ?
Yes we do , to review our collection you can visit our store 1, Ballygunge place (near sitala mandir) Kolkata - 700019
Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm . We are available by appointment only.
3. Can i customise my order ?
Yes we would be happy to help you customise your order in terms of colour, fabric size and other adjustments.
We also take a special interest in customising outfits especially for you , from beginning to end keeping you involved through the design process

4. Does the price of the product change for a customised order ?
In case of a customised order there will be price variation applicable depending on fabric and extent of the customisation. The additional charges will be added to the final billing amount.
5. Can I request for a change in the colour?
Yes we can customise the color of the garments that you wish to order. However we suggest you to discuss with our team or designer for any futher color customisation.
We will assist you to customised your selected colour with the best recommendations for the selected design.
6. Are the colour of the product shown on the website accurate?
We ensure the we photograph our product under the standard lighting conditions so that the image you see on your screen is closeted to the actual colour of the product.
However there may be slight variations in the colour of the fabric dyes or embroideries seen on your screen and the actual garments.
7. How do I know my size ?
We have provided our standard size chart on the product page
We encourage you to send us your detailed measurements so that we can create your outfit to precise measurements.

8. How do I get my product altered?
We make the order as per the standard measurements chosen by you however if any alteration required please get in touch with us at +91 8240340212 or mail us at midushibajorialabel@gmail.com and our team will help you out to ensure a perfect fit
9. How much time does it takes for alterations?
In case of any alteration we need 8 to 10 working days however the time period may vary depending on the product alteration requirements.
10. What are the delivery options?
We can have your order shipped to you at your convenience for shipping within India.

11. Do you ship internationally and what are the charges?
Yes we ship worldwide. In case of international shipping there will be additional charges based on the weight of the product and the destination the shipping charges will be shared by our team upon a inquiry.
12. In how much time will I receive my order ?
Our every piece is handcrafted with love and care and is made to measure. We generally take 15 to 20 working days to dispatch your order.
However the time period may vary for orders that involve customisation.

14. How do I make payment?
Payments can be made through Debit card or bank transfer. Cash payments are also accepted within the permissible limits strictly against a receipt. Please contact our team + 91 8240240212 in case you wish to make payments via net banking or cash.
15. Can I make any changes to or cancel my existing order?
As per our policy we would not be able to make any changes to your order once placed apart from any alteration required or any fitting issues and minor adjustments Order once placed cannot be cancelled or returned.
16. Is there any refund policy?
Our products are specifically handcrafted for you specific to your requirements and on a made to measure basis as per the selected size and measurements provided once an order is placed we do not offer any refund, exchange or returns however we will be happy to assist you with any alteration requirements.
